We'll be looking for contributors who can dress Mozu up in all sorts of colorful outfits, and writers who can write snappy non-fiction, magazine-like articles. This lookbook will be open-entry! All applicants will be accepted as long as you meet our minimum requirements, and can commit to our schedule and mandatory deadlines. This is so any collaborations between artists and writers can happen smoothly!Be sure to read our FAQ and Submission Guidelines.Who are we (actually)?
We are a zine group dedicated to BUSTAFELLOWS-centic content! Our projects are open-entry and we aim to make production a chill and laid-back experience for our contributors, so feel free to apply when we announce a new project.
Thank you to The NXX Files for allowing us to take inspiration from their Carrd for our own!

Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Tell us more about the zine.
This will be a lookbook featuring Mozu Shepherd from BUSTAFELLOWS, an otome visual novel! It will feature the character in various fashion styles, with a general overall theme: the four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter), with accompanying non-fiction articles like you would find in a fashion magazine!
We highly encourage that contributors join our Discord for this project as we'd like to see more artist/writer collaborations. but if you're sure you'll be doing a standalone piece, joining our Discord isn't mandatory; all important information will be sent via email as well. The lookbook will be SFW, free, and digital. Unfortunately we have no plans to produce any kind of merch for this zine.Q. What can I do?
We're looking for pieces that will show off Mozu's good looks and charm! Dress him up in any fashion style or theme you want: dark academia? Pastel? Cottagecore? Our only requirement is that they must be attributed to one of the four seasons.
For writers, we're looking for non-fiction, print magazine-like articles. Things like fashion articles, interviews, tutorials, etc. Feel free to run any other ideas by us!Q. Can we draw/write side characters?
It depends. We'd like to keep this a Mozu-centric lookbook. However, artists are free to reference other characters as long as it is not obtrusive: for example, a Crow keychain hanging off his belt, or him holding one of Teuta's books. For writers, you may include other characters as long as they are not the main feature of the article.
Q. Will there be NSFW content?
Nope, keep it wholesome, please!
Q. Is there an age requirement for this zine?
All applicants must be 13+ as they will all receive an invitation to the zine's Discord, even if it’s not compulsory to join.
Q. Will it feature OCs?
We will not be featuring OCs in this zine, sorry!
Q. How will contributors be compensated?
As a free zine (and also open entry!), contributors won't be monetarily compensated. We plan to send all contributors a higher quality version of the zine.

Meet the Team

Avid follower of Mozu Shepherd, Yuu has given all his written work a five star review and is currently patiently waiting for the debut of his autobiography, Walk A Nile In My Shoes. Claims to be his biggest fan, but there are no credible sources to back this other than her review on Steam: “mozu my beloved i would die for your smile, thank you for this experience and spiritual journey, i love mozu i hope there's a sequel that'll feature him. heart eyes so much”

Exclusively powered by concentrating her thoughts on a nihilistic depressed emo hitman voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya. Decided to join Mew Sieg Publishing after suddenly realizing she has not stopped thinking about New Sieg for seven months. Publishing interests include critical essays on visual novels, and having more derivative fiction about a particular hot hitman. Once wrote a 3000-word essay about said hitman.

Was noticed once by THE Dr. Helvetica Orsted on his birthday and most probably astral projected from their body because of it. Famous for writing hate essays on how Dr. Orsted ruined their life but contents proved otherwise. People often claim they will never get over a man who shares the name of their favorite font.
